Local justice Zenica: Indictment for Crimes in Tesanj
The Cantonal Court in Zenica confirmed an indictment against Atif Krkalic, who is charged of crimes against civilians in Tesanj.

The Cantonal Prosecution in Zenica charges Krkalic, that as a police officer of the Public Safety Station (SJB) in Tesanj, tortured civilians of Serb ethnicity in order to obtain confessions that they possess or knew where the arms were.According to the indictment, in the Café where the police station was located, Krkalic physically and mentally abused civilians by slapping them, beating them with fists, police batons and a bag filled with sand and by banging their heads against the wall in June and July 1992.Dz.S.
